This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and engage with manufacturing suppliers across essential technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Facilitate onboarding discussions to gain insights into supplier capabilities, including materials, tolerances, production scale, and areas of specialization.
• Cultivate relationships with manufacturing partners throughout Asia and other global markets.
• Collaborate with companies that are developing new products that could benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking.
• Present Trustbridge’s services and outline how the platform mitigates sourcing risks and expedites product development.
• Discover potential project opportunities and liaise with internal engineering teams.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Engage in conversations with engineers and product teams regarding manufacturing requirements and sourcing challenges.
• Monitor leads, suppliers, and opportunities using CRM software.
• Keep organized communication with prospects and partners.
• Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.
• Background in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
• Comfortable working remotely with an international team.
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical professionals and business leaders.
