Sales Representative – Global Manufacturing Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in broadening the global manufacturing platform by collaborating with manufacturing suppliers and firms that are innovating new products.

• Recognize and connect with manufacturing suppliers within essential technologies.

• Facilitate onboarding conversations to gain insights into supplier capabilities.

• Cultivate relationships with manufacturing partners throughout Asia and other international markets.

• Engage with companies that are developing new products that could benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking.

• Present Trustbridge’s offerings and articulate how the platform mitigates sourcing risks and expedites product development.

• Identify potential project opportunities and collaborate with internal engineering teams.

• Conduct outreach through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.

• Discuss manufacturing requirements and sourcing challenges with engineers and product teams.

• Monitor leads, suppliers, and opportunities using CRM software.

• Proficient in English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Background in sales, business development, or customer engagement.

• Comfortable working remotely with a global team.

• Capable of confidently conversing with technical professionals and business leaders.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, sourcing, or supply chain industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with technologies such as CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing/additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication is preferred.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages) is preferred.
