This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and engage with manufacturing suppliers in areas such as CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Precision Manufacturing Services.
• Facilitate onboarding conversations to comprehend supplier capabilities, materials, certifications, and production capacities.
• Establish long-term partnerships with manufacturers throughout Asia and various international markets.
• Collaborate with startups, product companies, and engineering teams that are innovating new products.
• Present Trustbridge's engineering and manufacturing solutions.
• Assist customers in overcoming sourcing challenges and making manufacturing decisions.
• Identify potential opportunities for engineering services and supplier matchmaking.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
• Cultivate trust with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Grasp customer manufacturing requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM system.
• Track opportunities and foster supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiatives for growth.
• Provide insights regarding market feedback and business development.
• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Background in sales, business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, or other client-facing positions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with confidence to engineers, founders, and business leaders.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering services, supply chain, procurement, or technology sales.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production technologies.
• Experience working with U.S. firms or international clients.
• Understanding of B2B sales and consultative relationship-building practices.
• Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
