This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• You bridge the gap between science, clinical practice, and individuals: As a Sales Representative in Gastroenterology, you cultivate lasting relationships with hospital personnel.
• You ensure that pertinent information, services, and training opportunities are delivered to the right specialists at the appropriate time.
• You autonomously develop and enhance your territory, strengthen existing networks, and execute your own clearly defined projects.
• You create detailed account plans and derive specific stakeholder engagement activities from them.
• You initiate, design, and organize training events tailored to the target audience and maintain visibility at relevant congresses.
• A successfully completed degree in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Dentistry, or Veterinary Medicine, and/or a qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative.
• Several years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector with demonstrably above-average sales results is preferred.
• Experience in collaborating within an in-field team and taking on responsible interdisciplinary project leadership within a matrix organization.
• Ability to present complex scientific concepts in a manner suitable for the target audience and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
• Strong persuasive abilities along with a confident personality focused on presentations and closing deals, complemented by excellent communication skills.
• A high degree of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve objectives.
• Strong performance management skills to continuously enhance sales target achievement.
• Robust digital competence and proficient use of field sales software and MS Office.
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency.
