This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Territory development: You will autonomously cultivate and enhance your territory, strengthen existing networks, and execute your own clearly defined projects — from conception to completion with planned follow-up.
• Account planning: You will create detailed account strategies, derive specific stakeholder engagement activities from them, and implement these with a focused approach.
• Training & congresses: You will initiate, design, and organize training that is tailored to target groups and represent the company at relevant congresses — always ensuring specific follow-up actions.
• Preparation & documentation: You will meticulously prepare for appointments, conduct purposeful conversations, and document your activities in an organized manner — prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Market monitoring & collaboration: You will track market trends in your territory, actively share insights, and facilitate a reciprocal flow of information within the cross-functional in-field team.
• A successfully completed degree in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Dental Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine, and/or completion of pharmaceutical sales representative training.
• Several years of field-based experience in the pharmaceutical industry with demonstrably superior sales results is desirable.
• Experience in working within an in-field team and in leading interdisciplinary projects within a matrix organization.
• Ability to convey complex scientific information in an audience-appropriate manner and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
• Strong persuasive abilities, a confident presenter, and a closer with excellent communication skills.
• High motivation and energy to pursue and achieve objectives.
• Excellent performance management skills to continually optimize sales target achievement.
• Strong digital proficiency and adeptness in utilizing field-force software as well as MS Office.
• Very good German and proficient English language skills.
