This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

• Manage a high volume of calls efficiently while maintaining exceptional service quality.

• Proactively offer comprehensive information about our electric bikes, schedule appointments, and oversee deliveries.

• Diligently resolve customer inquiries and objections, fostering satisfaction and trust in our offerings.

• Employ effective sales techniques to convert prospective customers into devoted clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent speaker of French.

• Strong command of English (C1-C2 proficiency level).

• Over one year of experience in a sales position.

• Reliable high-speed internet, personal computer, and headset are essential.

• Willingness to work according to the New York time zone schedule (shifts from 9 am - 6 pm or 2 pm - 11 pm NY Time).

• Outstanding problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
