Sales Representative, French & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

• Present, promote, and sell services via phone and email.

• Assess the needs of potential customers.

• Exhibit strong persuasion and objection handling abilities.

• Continuously enhance sales skills to meet quotas and advance as sales professionals.

• Build, develop, and sustain positive relationships with customers.

• Native-level proficiency in French – essential.

• Fluent in English – essential.

• Proven experience in sales – required.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated with strong self-learning capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Adequate home office setup: quiet workspace, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the capability to be on webcam at all times.

• Availability for 5 shifts per week (flexible schedule).

• Nice to have: Experience in phone-based sales.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
