This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will independently oversee a strategic customer portfolio in the Central/Eastern Germany region.
• You will maintain and enhance existing relationships with customers and manufacturers, while also strategically expanding them.
• You will identify potential new customers, initiate contact, and assess their suitability for our offerings.
• You will showcase our extensive manufacturer and product portfolio, along with our TIM Services, to customers both on-site and digitally.
• You will organize and facilitate partner training sessions that are practical, knowledgeable, and centered on customer needs.
• You will create strategic sales plans, pinpoint growth opportunities, and carry out targeted business development initiatives.
• You will proactively nurture value-driven relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating foresight and diplomacy.
• You will collaborate closely with a dedicated inside sales team for support.
• A technical understanding and passion for IT solutions.
• Experience in sales or channel management, preferably in an IT context.
• A completed commercial or vocational training, such as an IT systems management clerk, industrial clerk, or a degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Business Administration or Business Informatics).
• Strong communication abilities, initiative, and organizational skills.
• Enjoyment of customer interactions, strategic thinking, and teamwork capabilities.
• A high level of independence, personal accountability, and reliability.
• Excellent relationship management and solid presentation skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• A strong willingness to travel.
• Proficient in German and possess good English skills.
