This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will independently oversee a strategic customer portfolio within the Central/Eastern Germany region.
• You will maintain and enhance existing relationships with customers and vendor/manufacturer contacts while proactively expanding these connections.
• You will identify potential new customers, actively engage with them, and assess their suitability for our portfolio.
• You will showcase our extensive vendor and product offerings, along with our TIM services, to customers both on-site and digitally.
• You will organize and conduct partner training sessions that are practical, professional, and customer-focused.
• You will create strategic sales plans, pinpoint growth opportunities, and implement targeted initiatives for business development.
• You will proactively foster value-driven relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating foresight and diplomacy.
• You will receive support from a dedicated inside sales team, with whom you will collaborate closely.
• A strong technical understanding and passion for IT solutions.
• Proven experience in sales or channel management, preferably within the IT industry.
• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., IT systems management clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree in a technical or business-related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics).
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and organizational capabilities.
• A genuine enjoyment of customer interactions, strategic thinking, and teamwork.
• A high level of independence, personal accountability, and dependability.
• Strong relationship management and effective presentation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• A strong willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English.
