
Sales Representative – Field Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Perform scheduled client visits throughout the designated territory
• Oversee sales, collections, and guarantee the attainment of sales goals
• Keep clients updated on promotions, campaigns, and commercial policies
• Process and track customer orders
• Manage collections and ensure accurate reporting within the system
• Discover new prospects and grow the client portfolio
• Oversee product display and branding at points of sale (POS)
• Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches
• Reside in Neuquén city or surrounding areas
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and collections in the FMCG sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a results-oriented approach
• Capability to work independently
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight (up to two non-consecutive weeks per month)
• Proactive mindset towards business development
• Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
• Possess a well-maintained vehicle
• Salary plus monthly expenses (subject to periodic review)
