This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• With enthusiasm, you actively seek out new clients and facilitate the growth of the Lyreco brand.
• Adopting a customer-centric and proactive mindset, you cultivate lasting relationships and offer guidance to clients through our solutions and service offerings.
• You autonomously create proposals and take the initiative to follow up on them.
• By fostering robust business connections, you strategically enhance the development of your customer portfolio.
• You assess customer needs utilizing our sales tools and systems, formulating new solutions tailored to your clients.
• You diligently track your sales, margin, and growth objectives, independently prioritizing opportunities and activities within your designated territory.
• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, ideally with some professional experience.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
• Business-fluent in the German language.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in digital sales tools.
• A structured, solution-focused, and adaptable working style.
• A commitment to taking responsibility and a dedication to continuous learning are essential for you.
• A valid Class B driving license is mandatory.
• Base salary and bonus structure (80% fixed, 20% commission-based).
• Fixed salary ranging from approximately €3,000 to €3,500 gross (potentially higher in individual cases).
• Variable compensation (with overachievement potential of up to 300%) and a 13th salary for holiday and Christmas pay.
• A 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours.
• You will receive a company car, along with a fuel card for both professional and private use.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• A laptop and a company mobile phone to assist you in your daily tasks.
