This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver sales results in line with quotas and national market share.
• Achieve key brand performance indicators (KPIs), financial goals, brand objectives, etc., to meet or exceed these targets.
• Develop and implement a plan to engage with doctors, meet established visit metrics, and optimize coverage and frequency to connect with key clients, thereby maximizing access and sales opportunities.
• Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs and expectations, the market landscape in your territories, competitors, account dynamics, diseases, products, clinical and sales experience, and share this market intelligence with the Infield Team, Brand Team, and Sales Managers in various internal forums.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial areas such as: sales, training, brand associate, or sales internships.
• Essential experience in ophthalmology.
• Proficiency in office software and the ability to use technological tools (iPad, laptop, etc.).
• 1-2 years of experience as a sales representative.
• Management of expense reports and CRM for medical visits.
