This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Identifying and engaging potential customers to forge relationships that lead to enduring partnerships.
β’ Interacting with contractors, suppliers, and architects while skillfully negotiating within the established guidelines.
β’ Overseeing the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to the closure of deals.
β’ Delivering regular reports to leadership regarding ongoing and future sales as well as project management.
β’ Providing precise sales forecasts for projects and monitoring pipeline activities to achieve sales goals.
β’ Managing leads within the designated territory, distributing information and samples, and coordinating logistics.
β’ Estimating, quoting, and analyzing costs to strategically market slate products in a competitive environment.
β’ Continuously managing accounts which includes lead generation, qualification, product presentations, negotiation, closing sales, and post-sale account management.
β’ Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in a relevant field.
β’ A success-driven attitude showcasing enthusiasm, adaptability, perseverance, and resilience.
β’ Strong relationship-building capabilities with the ability to persuade others.
β’ Passion for communication and a genuine enjoyment in interacting with customers and people in general.

β’ Openness and eagerness to travel, as this role necessitates extensive travel, potentially exceeding 50% of the time.
