This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Drive sales to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Establish relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.

• Engage in written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B).
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a prompt and professional manner.

• Communication: Strong skills in client communication and relationship management.
• Objection Handling: Able to effectively address and overcome client objections.
• Tech Savvy: Skilled in using CRM software and sales tools.
• You’ll start at a Grade level that corresponds to your skills, experience, and location, with reviews as you progress.
• Pay Structure: Hourly base rate plus uncapped sales bonuses for each inbound deal you close.
• Quota Accelerator: Surpass your monthly target to earn an additional $750–$1,500 each month.
