This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Engage daily with National Account customers.
• Offer support to the sales team by submitting requests to regulatory bodies, generating quotes, and more.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to assist the customer base and provide updates on any order delays or supply challenges.
• Build and nurture key relationships throughout the organization, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
• Promote Vibrant Ingredients products to clients through phone, email, digital marketing, and in-person presentations.
• Create innovative beverage concepts for the food service industry in partnership with R&D and marketing teams.
• Safeguard existing business with the established customer base and develop as well as manage a comprehensive opportunity pipeline for quality growth projects with both current and prospective clients.
• Deliver technical assistance to the assigned customer base by utilizing internal resources and subject matter experts.
• Consistently manage and enhance relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with commercial finance and supply chain leaders to ensure business forecasts align with expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Culinary, Food Science, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of experience working with or for National Accounts, QSR, or in a Foodservice (or technical sales support) role with direct customer interaction.
• Ability to comprehend competitive and market dynamics and develop action plans to meet customer needs.
• Must possess the capability to influence others.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of food ingredients and flavors is essential.
• Previous technical or functional experience in R&D, process manufacturing, operations, or quality is preferred.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Results-oriented and self-driven.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50%, as required.
