This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the sales of our heating, cooling, and climate control systems to key clients, including energy utilities, heat contractors, and planners.
• Developing and nurturing customer relationships.
• Providing consulting services and performing technical sizing/design for appropriate product solutions.
• Creating quotations and overseeing project progress.
• Enhancing and growing the market presence within the designated sales territory.
• Keeping track of market trends and carrying out competitor analysis.
• A completed technical training program or a degree in building services engineering, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, control systems engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in sales within the heating, refrigeration, and air-conditioning sectors.
• A strong customer-focused attitude and self-assured demeanor.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication capabilities.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• A solution-oriented, organized, and independent working approach.
• A high degree of initiative, dedication, and a proactive mindset.
• Persistence, determination, and resilience in daily sales endeavors.
• Proficient in English and open to travel opportunities.
