This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Adhere to the established training schedule, reporting protocols, and departmental transitions.
• Gain practical insights into departmental functions, workflows, and machine operations.
• Analyze, document, and comprehend manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality assurance checks.
• Fulfill designated tasks, objectives, and/or goals associated with each department.
• Get acquainted with and distinguish between the company's product lines and their relevance to platform sweet spots.
• Abide by all safety protocols, workplace regulations, and rules.
• Develop and submit both short-term and long-term sales plans while preparing effective sales strategies.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with established customers.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers post-sale.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience within the print industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial, but not essential.
• Must be willing to travel and/or temporarily relocate as needed for training purposes.
• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
