This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to business owners and managing directors on how to secure new employees or contracts using our distinctive systems.
• Scheduling appointments independently with warm inbound leads who are prepared for your call.
• Pre-qualifying potential clients for consultations with our experts based on our thoroughly validated system.
• Engaging in team meetings and managing minor administrative tasks.
• Clear pronunciation in German and a high level of energy.
• A willingness to learn, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to ongoing development.
• Some experience in telephone cold calling, preferably 1–3 years in sales.
• Ideally, previous experience in an agency setting or in sales coaching.
• Complete flexibility with the option for 100% remote work.
