Sales Representative – Cardiac Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Responsible for direct sales in the western Austrian territory to meet established AOP (Annual Operating Plan) objectives and enhance market share in Surgical Valve Replacement, Surgical Valves Repair, Cannulas, ECLS, and Atrial Fibrillation products.

• Develop robust ethical business relationships with clients to ensure the utilization of our products and expand market share, emphasizing clinical selling strategies.

• Conduct selling activities involving multiple stakeholders within the territory and proactively identify sales prospects, reaching out to assigned accounts and others.

• Primarily operate in the Theatre environment, providing support and guidance to Surgeons and theatre staff.

• Present, conduct in-service training, and sell products and services to both existing and prospective clients.

• Create presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Collaborate with local marketing teams to fulfill national marketing goals.

• Utilize Account Planning tools to formulate and implement account strategies, tactics, and actions using a CRM database.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional sales experience or a bachelor's/master's degree in medical technology, medicine, or business administration with a strong interest in sales.

• 2-3 years of experience in sales within the medical devices sector or a related field.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively with sales management and customers, adhering to sales processes.

• Strong skills in presentation and negotiation.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• A valid B driving license.
