This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate sales leads through prospecting, inquiries from the website, databases, cold-calling, and various promotional strategies.
• Arrange and conduct virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Create and present engaging sales presentations on the company’s products and services.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor customer reorders and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Relay customer and prospect product challenges to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline of potential clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance offerings.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) with outstanding communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in sales, showcasing a strong history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation.
• Self-driven with a results-focused mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Friendly and quick learner who adapts well to change and possesses a “can-do” spirit.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
