This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for acquiring new clients across all segments while achieving established sales and revenue objectives for customers with an annual turnover below €200,000.
• Methodically establish and nurture a professional network to cultivate sustainable, long-term customer relationships.
• Ongoing market analysis, trend identification, and competitor monitoring, with structured communication of pertinent information to Marketing, Technical, and Management teams.
• Strategize, prepare, and implement sales plans, customer events, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Showcase Axalta’s products and services to decision-makers within organizations and prospective new clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to swiftly and effectively meet customer requirements.
• Systematic documentation of all customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.com.
• Enhance personal productivity through the proficient use of contemporary sales tools and systems, including Salesforce.com, Pitcher, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Certified master technician in vehicle painting (Meister) or a completed apprenticeship as a technically focused commercial employee or a sales-oriented technician.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience in automotive refinish coatings.
• Demonstrated sales expertise and professional customer-facing skills.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and fostering customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of Axalta product lines along with workshop processes and procedures.
• Quick learner with a keen sensitivity to customer needs and strong problem-solving skills.
• High self-discipline, personal accountability, and a structured working approach.
• Confident and professional demeanor at all organizational levels.
• Team-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in common IT applications, particularly MS Office.
• Fluent in German; proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus.
• High willingness to travel (approximately 80%).
