This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Create and execute a detailed sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.
• Identify and assess new market segments, product opportunities, and strategies for geographic expansion.
• Establish annual sales targets, budgets, and performance objectives to ensure consistent revenue achievement.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Manage key accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Negotiate significant contracts and pricing arrangements with clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, pricing strategies, and advancements in chemical manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing, research and development, and operations teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands.
• Track sales performance through key performance indicators, pipeline management, and accuracy in forecasting.
• Compile regular reports for executive leadership detailing sales metrics, competitive insights, and market opportunities.
• Oversee the usage of CRM systems and ensure data integrity to aid in decision-making and account management.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the chemical manufacturing sector.
• Remote work with frequent travel to customer locations, industry events, and company facilities (up to 40%).
