This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You develop and implement strategies aimed at effective lead generation, quicker conversions, and targeted upselling to existing clients.
• You actively engage in operational sales activities, ranging from cold outreach and conducting video-call demonstrations to finalizing deals.
• You manage inbound inquiries from leads across all platforms and work towards closing these opportunities.
• You create and execute campaigns for targeted lead acquisition.
• You provide both yourself and the team with a thorough overview of competitors and the overall market landscape.
• You represent viind at relevant trade shows and events, whether individually or as part of a team.
• You utilize HubSpot as the primary CRM tool and ensure all information is accurately maintained there.
• You consistently revise sales forecasts based on current market developments.
• You collaborate closely with Mishal (Head of Sales) to continually refine our strategies.
• You play a vital role in assisting viind in advancing the digitalization of Germany and contributing to our sustainable sales success.
• You are a genuine team player and can inspire others with your enthusiasm.
• You possess an excellent understanding of people and a solid affinity for numbers.
• You have extensive experience in sales and sales management.
• You maintain patience in the often slow B2G environment, motivating your team and consistently pushing initiatives forward.
• You are skilled in assessing, challenging, and motivating individuals.
• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
• You support your team with structure and clarity through effective communication and transparent expectations.
• You take an active role, contribute your own ideas, and prefer to seek solutions rather than placing blame.
• You are confident in expressing your opinions and value constructive discussions.
• You contribute to a positive team atmosphere and are valued for your honest, direct, and constructive approach.
• You are willing to become the go-to person for all sales activities and elevate our sales scaling efforts.
• Nice to have — experience in the B2G environment and working with public authorities is a plus but not required.
• You have significant experience in selling SaaS products.
• You are well-versed in HubSpot’s features and customization options.
