This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Representing the company in a specified region: Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén and Heves counties
• Achieving objectives and targets set by the regional sales manager
• Developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to meet territorial goals
• Consistent execution of marketing strategies
• Enhancing and expanding personal sales techniques and product knowledge
• Analyzing data related to the region on a weekly basis
• Completing required administrative tasks (daily/weekly/monthly planning, reporting, expense accounting)
• Executing the targeting and segmentation defined by the business unit
• Actively participating in training sessions and consistently implementing learned concepts in the field
• Attending corporate meetings, conferences, and other job-related events
• Monitoring and gathering market information and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to direct supervisors
• Visiting a specified number of doctors and executing required activities in alignment with the business unit strategy
• Degree in medicine or pharmacy / higher education in healthcare
• At least 3 years of experience as a medical representative in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén and Heves counties, with another pharmaceutical or medical device company
• Category B driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Advantageous: Experience in Key Account Management (KAM)
• Familiarity with hospital pharmacists and chief pharmacists
• Experience in maintaining relationships with private healthcare institutions
