This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will represent the company within your designated territory by actively marketing, showcasing, and selling both new and pre-owned agricultural equipment.
• Your responsibilities will include promoting a variety of company products and services, while keeping customers informed about exclusive promotions and events.
• You will develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Staying informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and participating in training sessions and trade shows will enable you to provide expert guidance and support, ensuring our customers receive optimal solutions for their farming and turf requirements.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A competitive self-starter with discipline and a strong focus on goals.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Familiarity with farming practices, GPS technology, and Precision Agriculture.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities.
• Availability to work rotating weekends.
• Preferred experience in agricultural sales or customer-facing positions.
• Familiarity with John Deere products is an advantage.
