This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in discovery calls with potential members and business owners.
• Suggest suitable Hub memberships, programs, coaching services, and educational resources according to business objectives.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text messaging.
• Oversee and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
• Create outstanding experiences that foster long-term relationships with members.
• Represent The Boutique Hub at significant retail markets, trade shows, and live events.
• Cultivate relationships with boutique owners, brands, sponsors, and industry collaborators.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange follow-up discussions.
• Assist with membership sales and sponsorship prospects during events.
• Support event setup, execution, networking activities, and attendee engagement.
• Develop connections with wholesale brands and industry service providers.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with Hub events, media, and educational initiatives.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up with potential sponsors and partners.
• Coordinate internally to ensure sponsor commitments are met and relationships remain robust.
• Help cultivate long-term partnerships that provide value for both members and sponsors.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for potential and current members.
• Collect feedback and insights from members, brands, and partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making sales calls and establishing relationships both online and in person.
• Highly organized and self-driven in a remote working environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for industry events and trade shows.
• Preferred experience in boutique retail, wholesale, e-commerce, or small business settings.
• CRM experience is a plus.
