This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee proactive management and dealer development within the sales territory of eastern Germany.
β’ Provide active advice and support to dealers to enhance market share in the designated territory.
β’ Acquire and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
β’ Prepare quotes, including the drafting and follow-up process.
β’ Engage in trade shows, events, and on-site demonstrations alongside dealers and end customers.
β’ Conduct ongoing monitoring of the market and competitors.
β’ Proven experience in sales of construction machinery, attachments, or technical capital goods.
β’ Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
β’ Strong technical understanding and/or practical experience with excavators, attachments, and construction-site operations.
β’ Familiarity with the market for construction machinery, attachments, and quick couplers.
β’ Ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented and organized approach.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively to cover the sales territory.
β’ Proficiency in English is preferred.
β’ Competency in using standard computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
β’ Residence within the designated sales territory.
β’ Provision of home-office equipment and work tools, including a laptop, tablet, and mobile phone.
β’ Company car available for both business and personal use.
β’ 30 days of vacation.
