This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to company executives
• Proactively identifying and arranging appointments with warm inbound leads
• Assessing prospects to determine suitability for consultation
• Engaging in team meetings and managing administrative responsibilities
• Excellent German pronunciation and a high level of enthusiasm
• Eagerness to learn, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to ongoing development
• Some prior experience in telephone cold calling, preferably 1–3 years in a sales role
• Background in sales, particularly within an agency or coaching context
• Total flexibility with 100% remote working arrangements
