This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The Sales Representative will be tasked with driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and implementing go-to-market strategies for customers of American Emergency Vehicles and their dealer network.
• Establish robust, collaborative relationships with dealers in the assigned region to collectively foster account growth and gather customer feedback.
• Actively assist, mentor, and empower dealers in crafting strategies, bid proposals, and presentations aimed at boosting vehicle sales.
• Collaborate with dealers to gather market intelligence—gaining insights into local purchasing cycles, funding sources, and competitive landscapes.
• Partner with dealers to stimulate new vehicle sales in accordance with territory and economic conditions.
• Ensure that dealer sales volume and company margin targets are achieved through coordinated planning, accountability, and pipeline development.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating and executing sales/marketing initiatives based on market intelligence.
• A proven track record of meeting sales volume and margin objectives as per the business plan.
• Demonstrated capability to influence, mentor, and drive results through independent dealer partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, time management, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
