This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and evaluate new leads through outbound communications, including calls and emails.
• Oversee and expand a pipeline of prospective clients from initial contact to final sale.
• Clearly present products or services and confidently address any objections.
• Keep precise records in the CRM following each interaction.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales objectives established by the UK client team.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or business development position.
• Excellent verbal communication skills — comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and via email.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Dependable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
• Equipment provided.
• 20 days of paid annual leave.
