• Organize and conduct sales meetings for customers within the assigned territory to offer solutions through Proteor USA’s products and services.
• Achieve or surpass the established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
• Represent the organization in a highly professional manner that aligns with the Proteor USA brand.
• Strategically employ available resources such as literature, product samples, promotional materials, and digital media in accordance with the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
• Document all customer interactions and competitive activities by utilizing the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Attain a thorough understanding of the clinical and technical features of Proteor USA and competing products.
• Leverage this expertise to present solutions, address objections, and execute our sales strategies effectively.
• Use company resources judiciously to maintain profitability.
• Submit expense reports promptly.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of proven success in medical device sales.
• Prior experience in selling prosthetic and/or orthotic products is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective task management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-state or extensive territories.
• Ability to manage a demanding travel schedule is essential.
