This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Perform a high volume of outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers.
• Discover and pursue new business opportunities utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads.
• Present and effectively communicate Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to potential clients.
• Arrange appointments and conduct consistent follow-up to secure new business.
• Precisely monitor outreach, pipeline activities, and sales performance within CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue objectives.
• A high school diploma is required; further education or certifications are advantageous.
• Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to independently prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at working in a metrics-driven setting.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Workspace requirements: A quiet area to work, with an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Monthly incentive bonus: COP 3,000,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance.
• You will have the opportunity to receive sales incentives, in accordance with program guidelines and approvals.
