This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage with warm leads - Convert potential customers who have interacted with our advertisements into paying clients through consultative phone sales discussions.
• Present customized tutoring solutions - Showcase our educational offerings by understanding the unique needs of each family and aligning them with the appropriate services.
• Take charge of your sales pipeline - Handle follow-ups, address objections, and successfully close deals while keeping precise records in the CRM system.
• Achieve ambitious monthly goals - Regularly meet and surpass lead conversion targets to maximize your commission potential.
• Embody our mission - Serve as the representative of MyEdSpace, fostering trust with families and illustrating how we can enhance their children's educational experiences.
• Proven experience in selling to the UK or US markets.
• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of outbound telemarketing experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong negotiation abilities.
• Capability to meet and exceed established targets.
• Excellent customer interaction skills, comfortable in establishing rapport.
• A collaborative team player with effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in working independently while managing a substantial workload.
