This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Engage with warm leads - Transform parents who have interacted with our advertisements into paying clients through consultative phone sales discussions.

• Present customized tutoring solutions - Introduce our educational offerings ($99-$1,499) by assessing each family's unique needs and aligning them with the appropriate solutions.

• Manage your sales pipeline - Handle follow-ups, address objections, and drive deals to closure while maintaining precise CRM documentation.

• Achieve ambitious monthly goals - Regularly meet and surpass lead conversion objectives to maximize your commission potential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally within the UK or US markets.

• Excellent phone-based sales abilities.

• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.

• A solid history of closing sales, rather than merely managing inbound inquiries.

• Dependable home office setup - including a computer (8GB+ RAM), headset with microphone, and stable wired internet connection.
