This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Convert warm leads - Turn parents who have engaged with our advertisements into paying clients through consultative phone sales discussions.
• Present customized tutoring packages - Showcase our educational offerings ($99-$649) by understanding each family's unique requirements and pairing them with the appropriate solution.
• Manage your sales pipeline - Handle follow-ups, address objections, and drive transactions to completion while keeping precise CRM records.
• Achieve ambitious monthly goals - Regularly meet and surpass lead conversion targets to maximize your commission potential.
• Represent our mission - Serve as the voice of MyEdSpace, fostering trust with families and illustrating how we can enhance their children's educational experiences.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the UK or US markets.
• Excellent phone-based sales capabilities.
• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
• A demonstrated history of closing deals, rather than solely managing inbound inquiries.
• Dependable home office setup - computer (8GB+ RAM), headset with microphone, and stable wired internet connection.
