This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Delivering technical support to current customers while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
• Overseeing and protecting key accounts within a competitive market landscape.
• Engaging in sales prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Assessing customer needs and providing suitable technical solutions.
• Managing the commercial relationship, which includes discussions on pricing and continuous account development.
• Working closely with colleagues in Portugal and Spain to ensure efficient support throughout the region.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 70% travel is necessary (primarily within the Madrid area and occasionally to other regions in Spain).
• A degree in Chemistry (mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience in electroplating or surface treatments.
• Strong technical problem-solving abilities when dealing with customers.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
