This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Identify and engage both current and prospective customers within Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue across designated ASC accounts.
• Market and sell products from the cardiovascular, medical-surgical, and spine/pain portfolios.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to devise account strategies and enhance customer engagement.
• Act as the main remote contact point for ASC customers.
• Facilitate cross-portfolio sales initiatives and align internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Utilize CRM tools, analytics, and sales data to uncover opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
• Deliver virtual presentations, product training sessions, and business assessments.
• Stay informed about the ASC market, prevailing industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Respond to customer needs and provide timely service to ensure satisfaction.
• Increase product adoption and deepen portfolio penetration within key client accounts.
• Improve and advance the remote sales model across a wider ASC customer base.
• Travel is expected to be around 10%.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 8+ years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years.
• Relevant experience in sales, customer support, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Preferred direct sales experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
• Experience in the cardiovascular, medical-surgical, or spine/pain product categories is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in remote, field, or inside sales roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the ASC environment is preferred.
• Capability to manage and grow accounts through virtual interactions.
• Experience in selling across various product lines or portfolios is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert sales data into actionable strategies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on customer needs.
• Skills in collaborative selling and cross-functional leadership.
• Data-driven decision-making capability.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, remote working environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Foreign degrees must meet the criteria set forth in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. upon hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for positions below the Principal level.
