This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +19 more states.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing sales calls daily with urgency, care, and expertise to convert prospective customers into subscribers.
• Effectively utilize provided hardware and software, including laptops, headsets, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft applications, and Five9 adapter, to accurately document sales calls and activities.
• Actively listen, seek solutions, establish value, make strong recommendations, and address objections as part of the sales process to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer protection.
• Maintain a high standard of personal and professional ethics while consistently achieving outstanding results and performing at levels that lead to reward, recognition, and promotion.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic by handling at least 75 sales calls during an 8.5-hour shift.
• Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A strong enthusiasm for generating leads (call center experience is preferred).
• Employ rapport-building techniques to genuinely meet customer needs in the most ethical way.
• Exhibit a competitive mindset to meet and exceed both company-wide and personal sales objectives.
• Successfully complete background and employment history verification along with a drug screening.
• Proficient in computer use with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
