Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Introduce and advocate for products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues.

• Stay informed about product details, promotions, and training.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Refer complex issues to higher management when necessary.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Assist with outbound sales efforts for a wide range of clients.

• Connect with existing and potential customers through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.

• Experience working from home is essential.

• Strong proficiency in the English language is required.

• High-level fluency in English is necessary.

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or more is expected.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• A suitable, quiet workspace is essential.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is needed.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is required.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and effective follow-up is important.

• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background check and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting, is necessary.

• Must be open to drug screening.

• Candidates should reside within 80km of the office.

• Completion of the full company application, screening questions, and pre-employment assessment is required.

• Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
