This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +5 more countries.
• Oversee commercial and financial outcomes for designated EMEA markets
• Direct regional sales teams and channel partner networks to achieve revenue growth, profitability, market share increase, and customer value
• Create and implement market strategies and annual operational plans
• Meet sales, volume, gross profit, pricing, and market share targets
• Enhance distributor, fabricator, dealer, and strategic channel partner networks
• Formulate joint business plans with key distributors and partners
• Elevate distributor performance, channel productivity, market reach, and partner capabilities
• Boost fabricator engagement, loyalty, capability, and share of wallet
• Transform qualified specification project opportunities into orders and actual revenue
• Enhance forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, pricing discipline, and commercial execution
• Own market forecasts, business plans, commercial performance, and financial outcomes
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews and implement necessary corrective actions
• Set KPIs, scorecards, performance benchmarks, and development plans
• Utilize CRM for disciplined sales processes and data-driven decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team across various countries and cultures
• Develop skills in account management, channel management, negotiation, forecasting, and value selling
• Oversee succession planning, talent development, organizational capability enhancement, transformation, and change management
• Drive and engage in global or regional commercial excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with Specification Sales and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and TS&D
• Offer customer and market insights for innovation, portfolio management, and investment decisions
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Preferred fields include Business, Engineering, Technical, Finance, Marketing, or related areas
• Advanced education in business, commercial, sales leadership, coaching, or technical disciplines is advantageous
• Proven success in leading sales teams, commercial teams, regional teams, account teams, or multi-role commercial organizations
• Experience with revenue management, margin, pipeline, forecast, account planning, territory planning, and business performance expectations
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration involving marketing, product management, technical service, supply chain, customer service, finance, HR, and business leadership
• Capability to lead through influence across regions, functions, matrixed reporting structures, and complex stakeholder groups
• Background in technical, industrial, manufacturing, specialty materials, or solution-oriented B2B environments
• Experience in implementing commercial excellence, CRM discipline, incentive design, segmentation, or role clarity initiatives
