Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Showcase and advocate for our products and services.

• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance benchmarks.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, procedures, and utilize available resources.

• Escalate complex matters as necessary.

• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Engage with current and prospective customers to enhance revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of English with high language proficiency.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Suitable and quiet workspace.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Ability to multitask and manage oneself effectively.

• Must live within 80km of the office location.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based.

• Completion of screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment is required.

• Must agree to a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.

• Willingness to undergo drug screening is required.
