Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing clients.

• Introduce and advocate for products and services.

• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and performance indicators.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and training materials.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, procedures, and utilize available resources.

• Escalate complicated issues when required.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling expectations.

• Assist in outbound sales efforts for a diverse client portfolio.

• Engage with customers and generate revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in a call center is essential.

• Experience working from home is preferred.

• Excellent command of English and high language proficiency is necessary.

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or higher is required.

• A high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• A suitable, quiet workspace is needed.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is essential.

• Ability to troubleshoot and follow up on issues is necessary.

• Capability to multitask and manage oneself efficiently is required.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting, is required.

• Willingness to participate in drug screening is necessary.

• Completion of the full company careers application, including screening questions and pre-employment test, is mandatory.
