Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Effectively present and promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance benchmarks.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Escalate complex matters when necessary.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• High proficiency in English.

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or more.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A suitable and quiet workspace.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Ability to multitask and manage oneself effectively.

• Must live within 80 km of the office location.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

• Must be open to undergoing a Level II background and/or security investigation that includes fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening.

• Must complete a comprehensive application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment.
