Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Effectively present and promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance standards.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Professionally address objections and resolve customer issues.

• Remain informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Escalate complex issues when required.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and enhance revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a call center setting.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• High proficiency in English language skills.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• High-speed internet connection is essential.

• Suitable, quiet workspace required.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Capable of multitasking and managing oneself effectively.

• Must live within 80 kilometers of the company office.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Completion of screening questions and a brief pre-employment assessment is required.

• Must be willing to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.

• Must agree to drug screening.
