Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and existing clients.

• Effectively present and promote a range of products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass established sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues.

• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and training updates.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with both existing and potential customers, driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong proficiency in the English language.

• High level of language proficiency in English.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A suitable, quiet workspace.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Competence in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located.

• Willingness to undergo a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must agree to drug screening.

• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
