Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers

• Introduce and advocate for products and services

• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Address objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner

• Remain updated with product knowledge, promotions, and training

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources

• Refer complex problems to the appropriate channels when necessary

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements

• Assist with outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio

• Interact with existing and potential customers, enhance revenue through consultative selling, and cultivate relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in a call center environment

• Experience working from home

• Strong proficiency in the English language

• High level of English language proficiency

• Typing speed of over 20 WPM

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Suitable, quiet workspace

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Competent in troubleshooting and follow-up

• Capable of multitasking and managing oneself effectively

• Must have authorization to work in the country of employment

• Must consent to a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting

• Must agree to undergo drug screening

• Candidates must live within 80km of the office

• Completion of the full company application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment is required
