Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Effectively present and promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance standards.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues.

• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with both existing and potential customers to drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• High proficiency in English language skills.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• A high-speed internet connection is essential.

• A suitable, quiet workspace is required.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Capable of troubleshooting and following up effectively.

• Ability to multitask and manage oneself efficiently.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening.

• Completion of a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test is necessary.

• Must reside within 80 kilometers of the office.
