Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers

• Effectively present and promote products and services

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues

• Remain informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources

• Escalate complex issues as necessary

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio

• Interact with current and prospective customers, promote products and services, and enhance revenue through consultative selling and relationship building

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in a call center environment

• Experience working from home

• High proficiency in the English language

• Strong command of the English language

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or more

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Suitable, quiet workspace

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up

• Capable of multitasking and self-management

• Must live within 80 kilometers of the company office

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting

• Willingness to participate in drug screening

• Bilingual skills are highly beneficial
