Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Introduce and advocate for products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues.

• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and training.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, procedures, and utilize available resources.

• Escalate complicated issues when required.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling demands.

• Assist in outbound sales efforts for a client portfolio.

• Connect with existing and potential customers, driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• High proficiency in English.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Suitable, quiet workspace.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Capable of multitasking and effectively managing oneself.

• Must live within 80km of the office location.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is situated.

• Must agree to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening.

• Must complete the company application, screening questions, and pre-employment assessment.
