Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and current customers.

• Effectively present and promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

• Stay informed about product details, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Escalate complex issues when required.

• Maintain reliable attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Support outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with customers to drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home is preferred.

• Strong command of the English language is essential.

• High proficiency in English is required.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A suitable, quiet workspace is necessary.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems is important.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up tasks.

• Ability to multitask and manage oneself effectively.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening.

• Bilingual skills are highly beneficial.
